- Provided technical and leadership expertise in the definition and implementation of a software development lifecycle following a blended Agile and waterfall architecture consistent with the needs of the business and clients.
- Primary developer for .NET workflow applications in support of existing client contracts. Applications included design and development of a .NET Framework reconciliation tool for the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission, allowing them to improve their business processes and reconcile $350 million dollars’ worth of transactions between their finance and acquisition systems.
- Designed a machine learning system for the reconciliation tool which allowed for intelligent recommendations for transaction matching. The system would identify new patterns in matching, improving its recommendations the more the system was used. Initial evaluations of the system showed a 92% accuracy rate in its recommendations.
