Challenge
The MasterCard website had not been structured to
accommodate the changing needs of the business or the consumer.
The goal was to catalog the content and functionality available on
the site, identify which pieces of content were applicable to the
MasterCard target audience and develop an intuitive and flexible structure
to accommodate current and future content needs.

Solution
The initial step was to complete a thorough site scan
and catalog all the content and functionality currently available.
In addition, areas of potential growth were identified.
Each piece was reviewed, identifying the goal and audience for all
content. Following a content collection exercise with members of the
target audience, the site structure was developed and documented.
The project concluded with extensive usability testing on all site
sections.
